Own your diagnosis - Video

Many feel overwhelmed when they get a diagnosis, instead of looking at it as a burden make it your own, so it benefits you. I look at my dyslexia and dyscalculia as tools/ guides and therefore use this knowledge to find/create tools to compensate/ get over / avoid / educate myself on how to help myself. It may take you time, and that is great, I am still learning about myself too 😊
