For starters: Sugar salted salmon with lemon tapioca, Icelandic seaweed, rye chips and watercress.
For the main course: Long Roasted veal breast with onion leek, king oyster mushrooms, spinach and Sage Gravy.
For dessert: coconut panna cotta with lemon cream, toasted coconut flakes and dried lime.
